That's a good week, right there.
Successes:
A vendor brought in doughnuts and I didn't have any.
I didn't drink any soda all week.
I climbed the stairs on a breaks at work every day.
Need Improvement:
I didn't drink as much water as I should have.
Another vendor brought in pastries from Panera and I indulged in a massive red velvet cookie.
I didn't look in the mirror at any point and said, "Dang! I look good!"
Next week will certainly have challenges. There's going to be a bake sale at work for Valentine's Day, and I'm sure the children will be bringing home a large assortment of goodies. Have you guys noticed how many temptations are at my office? Clearly, my boss wants me to be fat.
Anyway, the silver lining is that The Agent is gone on a mission all week, so there won't be any fatty dinner or box of chocolates for Valentine's Day. Maybe. Or maybe it will be easier to eat a bag of Ruffles at night because he's not here to watch me!
Goals for next week:
* Climb the stairs to the top and down three times in a row at least once
* Drink 100 ounces of water every day.
* Resist buying anything at the bake sale
