I nomally do my Monday Morning Moo posts today, but I figured I'd keep going with the detox, and you can find out how I did at the end.
Day 3-- Tuesday
My mistake yesterday, I think, was that I didn't eat enough throughout the day. I planned things much better today, with something to eat every two hours.
6 am-- a cup of green smoothie. That stuff does not taste good. I will not be purchasing another bottle.
8 am-- my mini fruit salad of an apple, a pear, and an orange.
10 am-- some blueberries
Noon-- I was supposed to have a salad, but the lettuce didn't make it into my bowl. I ate the cherry tomatoes.
1 pm-- cherry tomatoes don't stick to your ribs. I ate the baby carrots.
3 pm-- grapes for a snack.
6 pm-- I had a big old bowl of broccoli, while The Agent and the kids had steaks and rice with their broccoli. It was not good.
8 pm-- Dessert! A bowl of grapes.
I feel better today. I went the whole day without having a headache. Go me! And I think my pants are fitting a littler looser.... I don't know, maybe that's just wishful thinking. But I'm feeling better about myself, and I think I can do this! Only four days to go!
