Monday Morning Moo: Week 5
Starting weight: 229
Last week's weight: 222
This week's weight: 228
Holy F. Binge much, Lovely?
The cookies and baklava and candy finally caught up with me. Moo.
But I actually worked out this week. Once. I work on the first floor of a six story building. I took the steps all the way to the top and back. Go me. My legs didn't hurt afterwards, but I was moderately concerned that I was going to need my inhaler.
So goals for this week:
* Take the stairs to the top of the building at least three times.
* Drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.
* Say something awesome about myself in front of the kids.
I'm not ready to give up the alcohol or caffeine yet.
